Cheryl Hampton Named EVP Sales North America
 

Hampton, VA – October 23, 2009 – Avalon Global Solutions, Inc. (AGS), a provider of comprehensive and sophisticated Mobile Lifecycle Management services for mobile computing and communications, announced the appointment of Ms. Cheryl Hampton as Executive Vice President of North American Sales effective November 2nd.  Ms. Hampton will lead the company’s sales efforts and drive AGS’ growth through the expansion and development of direct sales and indirect sales channels.

 

Ms. Hampton brings 30+ years of experience in sales, account management, global alliance/partnership development, corporate IT and customer service experience with AT&T and Bell System companies. Her last position at AT&T was as the Global Account Director managing the relationship between AT&T and Microsoft. Ms. Hampton has been named to AT&T's Leaders’ Council for three consecutive years.  Ms. Hampton is currently transitioning from her responsibilities as Executive Director for Link Technologies – Partnership Services where she was responsible for building strategic alliances and partner program relationships as well as support of clients and consultants on IT consulting services programs.
